Please read these carefully. Your purchase from this shop means that you agree to adhere to shop policies.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
- None of my earring hooks or studs ever contain nickel or lead. I stray from charms that contain lead or nickel as well. I use materials that are: brass, gold plated, gold filled, stainless steel, or sterling silver.
- Although I do use trusted sellers when purchasing materials, I recommend doing a patch test first to ensure the jewelry will not irritate your skin or ears.
- You can expect to find a material breakdown in each product description.

Can I switch out hooks for studs or huggies? Can I switch out huggies for hooks or studs?
I choose the type of hardware based on the design of the earring and what I think will look best. However, I am aware that some people find certain hardware to be uncomfortable. Please send me an email prior to purchase to discuss options.
When are your updates?
I typically update my website weekly on Thursdays at 8pm eastern (and on some occasions, daily). The best way to stay updated on restocks and new products is by following me on Twitter and Instagram (@SOULARLIFE).
Do you accept returns/exchanges and/or give refunds?
No, and yes.
- Due to the nature of the items, I cannot accept returns or offer exchanges.
- Once the item has shipped, I cannot control anything that happens during delivery, such as lost mail or delayed delivery time. However, If you have any issues such as the item arriving broken or you received the wrong item, please email me.
- I cannot offer a refund for items that are delayed in shipment.
- I cannot offer a refund for items that say "delivered", even if you claim they were not.
- Please read descriptions carefully, and contact me with any questions prior to placing your order.
- If your items break within one week of purchase from normal use, I will gladly replace or refund.
- I do not offer refunds for tarnishing. All material breakdowns are listed under each item and it is inevitable for your items to tarnish. The best thing you can do is take care of them properly to prolong the quality of the items. They can last a long time if you care for them.
Shipping policy?

Handling: Handling time is typically 1-3 business days. However, please allow up to two weeks for handling because of unpredictable circumstances.

Shipping: I cannot control the postal service's timeline. However, most packages typically take 2-4 days to arrive once they are dropped off at the post office. Some packages have taken up to an additional week, though.
During holiday season, please expect that number to increase, as USPS has explained that shipping times will be slower.

*International Shipping: I have resumed standard international shipping to most countries. If you find that yours is not on the list, send me an email and I will add it. I apologize for any inconvenience, but international mail has been extremely unpredictable in regard to Australia, so I have halted shipping there for now.
**I am not responsible for any seizes or extra costs from customs within your country.

Combining Orders: At this time, I cannot combine orders on request. My high volume of orders makes it difficult to keep up with refunds for shipping costs when people want to combine yesterday's order with today's. I do apologize for any inconvenience, but I usually try to ship orders together when I can. If you purchase more than one item during the same update, I will always package together if I catch it in time.

Tracking: Every single order is shipped via First Class Mail or Priority, both of which have tracking. You will get a tracking number sent directly to the email or phone number you left at checkout. Please check your tracking number first before contacting me about the whereabouts of your order- I have the same information as you do in regard to that. :)
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
I'm not responsible for any items that get lost in the mail. I will recommend that you speak to your local post office, as they will be able to give you information that I do not have.
Do you do custom orders?
Currently, my customs are closed.
How do you price your items?
There are several factors I consider when pricing my work.- Time! This includes prototyping, planning, conditioning clay, cutting and sculpting clay, sanding, drilling, assembling, photographing items, and marketing items.
- Cost of materials and business process!
- Shipping costs include packaging materials.
